Is my order shipped?
All orders with items in stock will be shipped the next business day. If you order on a Thursday, the goods will be shipped from the warehouse on Friday. Business days are Monday-Friday (except holidays). You will receive an email comfirmation when your order is shipped.

Where is my package right now?

For Norwegian packages: Once your order has left the warehouse you will be given a tracking number. For all information regarding tracking please visit www.posten.no. If you ordered express delivery, please track your order at www.dhl.com

For Scandinavian packages: Once your order has left the warehouse you will be given a tracking number. For all information regarding tracking please visit www.dhl.com. Delivery time is usually 1-2 days with DHL Express.

For international packages: Once your order has left the warehouse you will be given a tracking number. For all information regarding tracking please visit www.dhl.com. Delivery time is usually 2-3 days depending on your location. All orders will be delivered by DHL Express.

Is it possible to edit or remove my order?
Yes, we can help you do your desired action as long as the item hasn't been processed by our warehouse. Please let us know consecutively by contacting us. 

Is the product reserved for me if I add it in cart?
No, you can not reserve a product. The only way you can make sure you will get it is by purchasing the item. 

Can I be notified when the item is in stock?
Yes, you can register a size monitoring by clicking on the desired product, apply color and size and it will now give you the option to subscribe to this particular item. Attach your e-mail address and you will receive an email as soon as it is in stock.
